SALES AGREEMENT

This Sales Agreement applies to purchases made from Silveroni Lab Diamond through www.silveroni.com. By placing an order, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, Delivery Terms, and Return Policy.
1. Eligibility and Scope
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Commercial resale orders are subject to separate wholesale terms.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, weights, and specifications. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, production tolerances, and the individual characteristics of each product.
Laboratory-grown diamonds will be clearly identified. Independent grading reports may be provided for eligible products but do not constitute an additional warranty from Silveroni.
3. Availability and Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability, payment approval, verification, and our acceptance. An automated order email only confirms receipt of your order.
We may reject or cancel an order due to stock shortages, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions. Any amount collected for a canceled order will be refunded.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
The applicable price is displayed during checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, taxes, shipping, insurance, customs duties, and other charges are additional.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Obvious pricing or typographical errors are not binding. We may request confirmation at the correct price or cancel the order and issue a refund.
5. Verification and Fraud Prevention
Customers must provide accurate billing, payment, and delivery information. We may request identity, address, or payment verification and may hold or cancel an order until verification is completed.
6. Custom and Personalized Products
Custom-sized, engraved, personalized, or specially manufactured products may not be changed or canceled once production begins.
Unless defective or different from the confirmed order, custom products are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and personalization details provided.
7. Delivery
Products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery estimates may vary depending on availability, production time, verification, destination, and carrier conditions.
If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will provide available options in accordance with applicable law.
Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer. Signature or identity verification may be required for valuable shipments.
8. Risk and Ownership
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally transfers when the product is delivered to you or your authorized recipient.
Ownership transfers after full payment and delivery, subject to applicable law.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before preparation, production, or shipment begins. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Custom and personalized orders are subject to the restrictions stated above.
10. Returns and Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and may require prior authorization.
Products must be unused, unaltered, resalable, and returned with their original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
Custom, personalized, resized, altered, clearance, and final-sale products are non-returnable unless defective.
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
11. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Damage, shortages, or incorrect products must be reported within five business days with the order number and supporting photographs.
After review, we may offer repair, replacement, shipment of missing items, or a refund.
12. Warranty
Products are intended to be free from manufacturing defects at delivery. Approved defects may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund.
Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, chemical exposure, poor maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or alterations are not covered.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silveroni will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Limitations that are prohibited by applicable law will not apply.
14. Intellectual Property
Our trademarks, logos, photographs, text, graphics, designs, and website content may not be copied, reproduced, published, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, government actions, or similar events.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of [STATE OF REGISTRATION] and applicable United States federal law.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions. Unresolved disputes will be handled by the courts located in [COUNTY AND STATE], subject to mandatory consumer rights.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Delivery Terms, Return Policy, and order confirmation, constitutes the complete agreement regarding your purchase.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
18. Electronic Communications
By ordering, you agree to receive order records and notices electronically. We recommend saving a copy of this Agreement and your order confirmation.
