Silveroni Co., Ltd. is a Thailand-based wholesale supplier serving jewelers, boutiques, online stores and private-label brands. Since 2016, we have helped businesses source lab-grown diamond jewelry and selected loose diamonds for their collections. We serve U.S. business buyers through quotation-based international supply.

Lab-grown diamond jewelry and selected loose diamonds

Our range includes rings, earrings, necklaces and pendants, and bracelets and bangles in 14K and 18K gold. Selected loose lab-grown diamonds can be sourced according to your preferred shape, carat weight, color and clarity. CVD requests, custom designs and private-label collections are subject to supplier availability and production capacity.

Grading reports confirmed before you order

IGI grading reports may be available depending on the selected diamond. Please specify your report requirements when requesting a quote. We will confirm which stones have individual reports and any related costs before you order.

How U.S. wholesale orders work

1. Send your company details, selected products, quantities and specifications. For jewelry, include the number of designs and pieces per design; for loose diamonds, include the quantities and stone specifications.
2. Receive a written quotation confirming wholesale prices, minimum order quantities, availability, report requirements, production estimates and delivery terms.
3. Confirm the order in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in a signed commercial agreement, orders require full payment through Silveroni’s approved website payment system before production or order processing begins.
4. Receive shipment details and tracking when available. Orders may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer through DHL, FedEx or another agreed insured carrier.

Production, delivery and customs

Standard delivery is approximately 5–21 business days; custom designs, larger orders and special manufacturing requirements may take longer. The estimated schedule is confirmed for each order. Delivery availability, shipping charges, applicable customs costs and responsibility for those costs are confirmed according to the destination and agreed order terms. This is an international wholesale supply service; the dispatch origin is confirmed for the order.

Private label and direct-to-customer fulfillment

Product inspection, warranty and returns

Products must be inspected promptly after delivery. Any manufacturing defect, damage, shortage or incorrect item must be reported in writing within seven calendar days of delivery, together with the order number, clear photographs and relevant delivery documents.

The inspection reporting period is separate from warranty coverage and authorized return procedures. Please review our Delivery Terms, Sales Agreement and Limited Warranty and Return Policy. Returns require prior written authorization and are subject to the applicable product and order terms.
